Papa John's Pizza

Usually good but this lady at their call center is annoying and makes it very difficult to order and takes FOREVER I swear I they tried to turn our door knob and my husband wasn’t home scared the heck out of me the delivery driver of course I called the store why would you try to turn my door knob!?!? They don’t know how to get the sauce right either as written below!

We always order Papa John's. Today (Valentines day) a very busy day, they forgot our extra sauce. This is an inconvenience I'm sure for that driver to drive back (busy day.) Not only is he driving back, but he is bringing dessert! Great customer service, love the fact that they offered to make up for their mistake!

This Papa Johns has always had quick and nice service. The Pizza is always great.

Quite possibly the worst pizza I've had in the last decade. Deep dish tasted like biscuit and was dry and gross. My guess us the dough was made wrong or they didn't use enough oil. Bunch of rude, insolent kids running the place who managed to lose our order once, so the whole experience ended up taking almost an hour for one pizza. Keep on going to the one by 30 and Broadway, which is consistently good.

We've attempted to eat here twice. The first time we waited for someone to take our order and the cook just looked at us and didn't address us at all for over 15mins, so we left. Then we went back and the website said they closed at 11 but the sign was off and no one would answer the phone. So no pizza for us.

I don't think the owners of this franchise know that their employees are drinking on the job, or at least buying beer during their shift. Maybe I'm quick to judge, but if you look like you haven't showered in two weeks, then I assume your judgement about drinking on the clock is poor.

A bunch of teenagers working in there having friends walking freely through the entire etablishment in regular street clothes. Then they were smoking vapors in the front by the register and while cooking the pizza. Just a bad look all the around.

Five stars. Why? Sure, they forget the extra sauce or the EXTRA cheese on more than one occasion. Really it's my biggest pet peeve. I mean load it up, show some EXTRA love. Nevertheless, the base pizza I get from this location has never disappointed my taste buds.Also they know how to treat their custos. Thanks guys

Worse experience. I order a large and a dessert on line was given a estimated time of 45 min, so i waited when i called i was told that they had no drivers and i would be a 15 min wait on top of being a 1hr of waiting. I mentioned about prev. Orders that had same problems and pizza would arrive cold, I was told my pizza would be made fresh so i decided to drive up there less then 10 min away from me and when i got there my pizza was ready fresh or thats what i was told lol im not dumb so i said something at the end i didn't pay for it but my pizza was cold but it was eatable but the desert was awful but it was re made fresh right ???

They have their moments. One time they’re fast and food is fresh and another time they’re slow and food is cold. The food itself is good, just the timeliness is not consistent.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like this place truly deserves one. Not sure as to why there are so many negative reviews, my family has been ordering from here for the past couple of years, and sure there have been a couple hiccups here and there, but they always made sure to do whatever they can in their power to make up for it. Super sweet guys and friendly cashiers!

This store consistently delivers sub-par pizza. I frequently order from several different Papa John's locations around town, and this one stands out in its poor quality. Additionally, the customer service isn't very good. Recently, the pizza (all 5) came obviously burnt.

Burnt pizza. Kinda ridiculous since they have to look at the pizzas prior to boxing them up. Not the first time we have had issues from this location as far as overall quality. Never burnt a pizza though. I called and they are going to remake a pizza for me. You guys really need to have some QC steps in your process. This should never go out to a customer. #Pizzafail

It is always clean, the employees are very nice and always have a smile.

They had no imagination when decorating the place. Put us in a cracker box and the TV didn't line up w/the bed. Disappointing.

We've ordered from this Papa John's twice and likely won't do so a 3rd time. Both orders have been messed up and they have not delivered a full order. When I call to complain, of course they will send someone back out, but don't offer anything to compensate for the inconvenience. Oh, and thanks to the company app, the driver hasn't gotten a tip either time, and not because of errors but b/c the app doesn't have a way to tip and I never keep cash on me.

This is a very good location. Papa John's is definitely the better of the big delivery pizza places.

They have something, a herb mixture, they shake on the pizza. Do it even when asked not to. Seems to be ALL stores. Why?

Horrible experience! Use any Papa John's just not this location. My pizzas were a mess and a gentleman emailed me apologizing and gave me a credit which was great but it just got worse the second time around. I reordered the exact same order and the driver refused to deliver our order if he didn't get a tip...he yelled at my underage son all over a tip. Love papa John's just not this location

Had to get a refund because I asked for well done and instead they burnt it and told me that I would have to wait 25 mins for them to make another one and they werent busy.

The service was awesome. Our waitress was polite and prompt and the pizza was one of the best we had in years. We both started recommending this place to our friends.

Ordered just chicken poppers with buffalo dipping sauce, OF COURSE THEY COULDN'T DO THAT RIGHT. YOU HAD ONE JOB!!! Never fails, papa johns sucks at following orders. Especially this location

I have ordered from this location several times...mainly because it's the one that delivers to my address. EVERY time something is missing from my order, they have to resend it takes over 2 hours...not cool on a Friday nights with hungry kids.

Second best pizza

Hit and miss if your pizza will come out perfect. We live right behind it so it makes it convenient to go often. The managers on duty are extremely pleasant to deal with.

I asked for extra sauce..... Got home with my pizzas, and there's absolutely no sauce! Called them and asked what could be done. They re made them for me. One was a puddle of sauce and the other had ZERO SAUCE! Waited to call again because I was upset. Ended up on the phone with an extremely rude manager who said he personally remade them and will not be re making the order. (Don't want a third run anyway) I've never had a problem with this location and have been ordering from them for almost 5 years since we moved to the area. Yes, I will be calling back tomorrow to get a refund and I spoke calmly and respectfully (I did good!) Because of how rude the manager was on the phone, I will not be giving them any more of my business.

garbage. the tracker said ~30 minutes. you lost a $62 order because you hired a 60 year old woman to deliver pizza 1 hour and 20 minutes late. even after cancelling it we could've walked away with the pizza because no one called her flip phone to tell her we cancelled. never ordering from this location again. fire her.
